Debbie Simpson (In a nutshell)
Starting as a junior at a local independent retailer, she was fiercely ambitious. Working for Lunn Poly for a few years, she then moved up to her first area manager job at just 21!
Next was a sideway step (to her) into teaching Travel & Tourism but even as head of department that wasn't enough so she left to start her own retail agency.
She expanded into tour operations sending 4000 guests a year on specialist tours and gaining a sole agency deal with Rank Leisure. On top of that she also offered a consultancy service to major UK leisure attractions. Phew!
Debbie sold her businesses 10 years ago to become a full time management consultant working across all sectors.
