Diana Morriss (In a nutshell)

Starting out as a graduate trainee working for Royal Insurance (now part of Royal & SunAlliance) Diana went on to head up teams at the Motor Insurer°s Bureau and GESA Assistance (part of the Axa Group). She then worked for the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) as International Business Development Director and head of the College of Insurance - the face-to-face training arm of the CII. This is where she gained much of her international experience working with partners in Asia, Africa and Easter & Central Europe and the Former Soviet Union and started her passion for training & development. Following this wide financial services experience - Diana branched out to work as an account executive selling training & development solutions to customers in a variety of other sectors including manufacturing, pharma, hospitality and IT before setting up as a freelance trainer two years ago.
