Gillian started her career in teaching and swiftly moved in to professional corporate life working across a variety of markets and industries at a senior HR level primarily within financial services, insurance and retail. 5 years ago she launched her own HR consulting company and works in close association with Walk Ahead Ltd, designing and delivering operational solutions to both those organisations lacking the HR knowledge and experience internally, and supporting major initiatives where additional expertise and resource is required.
